New rulers that sharpen your blades

These rulers have one diamond pwd. edge that sharpens the cutting blade in your rotary cutter when used. Tip I read with this sharpening is to also turn your blace around to also sharpen the other side of blade. I ordered a 12 1/2" square, 6 1/2" square, 4 1/2" square and a 6' x 24" ruler. ( Now why didn't I think of this)

I love these. Dee made one and I made one. They used these in past history to place across bottom of bed.

Today they are used to accent your bed and room. Can't wait to put on my bed. Pattern available in shop.

Since my brother passed away I have not had any of these in the shop. I now have found an excellent carpenter to make us some more in the Amish fashion. Many sizes available.

This clear plastic container is great to house fabric, complete with dividers, or you can add the spool holders to house your thread. I have 4 filled with thread and love them so my thread does not dry out.

Sweetcorn Bags for Microwave.

We did the potato bags now is the season for sweetcorn. The bags are made just like the potato bags but just a different size. I leave my husks on, take off silks and cook for 6-8 minutes depending on how many ears I am cooking. So good. remember to use all cotton
Pattern free with fabric.

Placemats made from the cherry tomato fabric and green peppers fabric with coordinating red and black fabric. So fun to make. We have corn, peppers, potato and grape fabric in this line.

We now have kits available in all the fruit/vege fabrics . You can mix them or have all the same.

Planning a class just to get together to sew these. Let me know if you are interested so can get date that works for all.

Seems like a lot of babies due again and here is a great pattern for a bib to catch all. Snaps around the legs and neck to keep in place. Border stripe across front is optional.

Also have burp cloths and receiving blankets pre hemstitched to crochet around as well as cloths and blankets that are all serged and ready to use.

Many flannel prints available. If you need help with the crochet part let me know.

We have a new grandbaby to come in Jan. so I will be crocheting a few.

Coloring Bags

My daughter in law emailed me one day and asked about the possibility of making crayon bags for the grandkids to take to church and places. She told me what she wanted and this is what evolved. There are 2 rows on front for crayons, a place to carry

color books, and a pocket on the other side for snacks/toy etc.

We had an evening class and these are some of our finished bags

done in less than 2 hours. Interested in a class let me know.

New Gripper Handles for rulers.

These handles give you more controll of your ruler without slipping, makes it easier to pick up rulers and keeps hands out of the way of the rotary cutter blade. Comes in 3 sizes.

Notice the ric rac in the picture also. I am gathering many colors. Fun to add into quilts and embellish clothes.

It has a great technique to eliminate paper piecing.
